My collection of children’s stories for GLBT youths and children of GLBT parents is confirmed! Sunday April 1st at 2pm! I’m telling 4 stories: Mary-Anne and Ginger; The Shrew, the Shoe, a King and a Prince; boy-girl-girl-boy; and soon to be world famous, The Sassy Scarf Story! I’m excited to be working with Yolanda Baños who has already told me to slow down like 14 times! It’s technically only a workshop but you know me: rehearse rehearse rehearse! The stories just make me giggle and the words leap off my lips. It’s weird. If you would have asked me years ago if I’d write GLBT children’s stories I would have looked at you like you were a crazy person. But now having done it…it’s like….what took you so long dude? 🙂 I think you’ll smile right along with me.
