Death becomes……..

I entombed my Aunt and Uncle last week. It was somber but loving. I will miss them, but they are together, hanging out in a mausoleum for a long while. I think they'd like that. They were sort of hang-out kind of people. It was nice to be Upstate in the fall. All that beautiful death. People get freaked out when people see the beauty of the Door. I think they think it's some sort of suidice adoration. LOl. It's anything BUT! She teaches all is born and all will die. Stories start and end. They must. Required. Inspiration is well…inspiring

This pic of the Bowl has little to do with this month's thoughts. Except I love going to the Bowl. I love having my little box. I love walking around. And of course, I love the music! SO inspiring! I think I'm OK with it??? It was a lot of traveling in August. I went to Joshua Tree with my tribe and that was lovely; and then I went to Palm Springs with my boys and that was lovely; and then I went to Big Bear with my Cmen group and that was lovely; and all this lovelyness was a lot of partying and I'm a little tired around the edges! Ouch! I never thought I'd have to...

A Little Breath Goes A Long Way

Been trying to do some active meditation. YA know, breathe and peace out before it's too late and I am overwhelmed. Went to the Norton Simon. WOW, I love that place. Haven't been in YEARS! Why is that? Simple things that bring us happiness or comfort and we "forget" to do them? Walk in the Park. Museum? Reading (like in the middle of the day, just stopping it all and reading for an hour. I've been doing this, and it's awesome). Stretching. Journaling? I mean come on they're all so simple. And it takes so little effort just to come down and stop all the crazy. Casu it gets crazy. It's been a crazy couple of years, right? Especially the...
